Job opportunities
We are a small team delivering ERP and business intelligence work from our Kollam office. That means real ownership early — and code that goes in front of people who depend on it.
Manage mode
Job drafts are saved in this browser only and shown only while ?manage=1is in the address. Visitors, Google Jobs and the application form all still use the published content from the repository — publishing a change still means editing the source and redeploying.
3 open roles
Current openings
All roles are based in our Kollam, Kerala office.
The interfaces we build get used all day, often on cheap hardware and patchy connections — a tablet on a spa reception desk, a phone in a delivery van, a browser on a counter PC. That puts real weight on the things that are easy to skip: layout that holds up, bundles that stay small, and text that still reads correctly when the language flips right to left.
You would own front-end work end to end rather than handing designs off, and you will have the standing to push back on a design that will not survive contact with a real device.
Apply for this roleWhat you will do
- Build responsive interfaces in React and Next.js from designs
- Work in Tailwind CSS and keep the design system consistent across pages
- Support right-to-left layouts properly for our Arabic-speaking customers
- Connect screens to Odoo and internal APIs
- Keep pages fast — images, bundle size and Core Web Vitals
- Test on real devices, not only a desktop browser
What we are looking for
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript
- React, with practical Next.js App Router experience
- Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first framework
- HTML and CSS deep enough to build a layout without a component library
- Git, and the accessibility basics — labels, focus order, contrast
Most of what we build sits on Odoo, so this role is close to the centre of the work. You will be extending the modules our customers actually run their business on — the ones behind the counter at a showroom, in a van on a delivery round, or on the back-office machine that closes the books.
Because our deployments are live, the feedback loop is short: a fix you ship this week is in front of a real business next week. That means more ownership than a role of this size usually carries, and a low tolerance for changes nobody can explain later.
Apply for this roleWhat you will do
- Build and customise Odoo modules across sales, purchase, inventory, POS and HR
- Extend existing modules with new fields, views, workflows and reports
- Integrate Odoo with our mobile apps, POS terminals and payment devices
- Migrate customer databases between Odoo versions
- Debug issues reported from live customer servers and ship the fix
- Document what a module does, so the next person does not have to guess
What we are looking for
- Strong Python, with day-to-day Odoo ORM experience
- Comfortable with XML views, QWeb reports and OWL components
- PostgreSQL and SQL — enough to read a slow query and fix it
- Git, and the discipline to work on a shared branch
- Able to read an existing module properly before rewriting it
This is the role our 24/7 support promise actually rests on. When a customer’s counter stops billing on a Saturday evening, you are the person who works out whether it is the server, the network or the printer — and gets it running again.
It is a hands-on job with real ownership: you decide how our environments are built, backed up and monitored, and you will have the standing to fix root causes rather than restart a service and hope. Some of the work happens at customer sites, putting in the terminals and kiosks you will later be supporting.
Apply for this roleWhat you will do
- Install, configure and maintain Linux servers running Odoo and PostgreSQL
- Take backups — and restore them regularly, to prove they work
- Set up networks, POS terminals, kiosks and printers at customer sites
- Monitor uptime and respond to incidents on the on-call rotation
- Manage users, permissions, SSL certificates and firewall rules
- Keep an accurate inventory of what runs where
What we are looking for
- Linux administration on real production servers (Ubuntu / Debian)
- PostgreSQL basics — backup, restore, users, and reading the logs
- Networking — DHCP, DNS, VPN and firewalls
- Shell scripting for anything you do more than twice
- A calm head during a production incident
