The interfaces we build get used all day, often on cheap hardware and patchy connections — a tablet on a spa reception desk, a phone in a delivery van, a browser on a counter PC. That puts real weight on the things that are easy to skip: layout that holds up, bundles that stay small, and text that still reads correctly when the language flips right to left.

You would own front-end work end to end rather than handing designs off, and you will have the standing to push back on a design that will not survive contact with a real device.

Most of what we build sits on Odoo, so this role is close to the centre of the work. You will be extending the modules our customers actually run their business on — the ones behind the counter at a showroom, in a van on a delivery round, or on the back-office machine that closes the books.

Because our deployments are live, the feedback loop is short: a fix you ship this week is in front of a real business next week. That means more ownership than a role of this size usually carries, and a low tolerance for changes nobody can explain later.

This is the role our 24/7 support promise actually rests on. When a customer’s counter stops billing on a Saturday evening, you are the person who works out whether it is the server, the network or the printer — and gets it running again.

It is a hands-on job with real ownership: you decide how our environments are built, backed up and monitored, and you will have the standing to fix root causes rather than restart a service and hope. Some of the work happens at customer sites, putting in the terminals and kiosks you will later be supporting.
